Return policy

Most items are custom made or made to order and are therefore non-returnable. Items that are regular stock items are returnable within 15 days of receipt of shipment as long as it is in its original condition. A full refund for the merchandise portion of the order will be issued for items meeting this condition. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Returns, Cancellations and/or Changes: Orders are processed immediately upon receipt and normally cannot be cancelled after one business day has expired without a cancellation charge.  Return policy for items that are not defective 25% restocking fee plus customer pays return shipping.
